Christmas Dinner :)

So on Christmas Eve (24th December 2014) my dad and I went to PJ Hilton for a Christmas dinner at their restaurant, Paya Serai. He took me there on a surprise because a day before he asked me what I wanted for the Christmas Eve dinner. So I told him, I wanted turkey with mashed potato, yorkshire pudding with brown sauce and cranberry sauce. Unfortunately, the food there did not suit my liking at all. Well at least their Moist Banana Cake was nice. :)

So because of that dissatisfaction, and since my mom, my grandmother and my siblings are finally coming back home from visiting my hometown I thought why not I cook them all by myself and at the same time giving them a welcome home surprise dinner. So I did. :)

I wanted to buy a turkey but I do not know how to cook one so I bought a whole chicken instead. So my menu tonight for Christmas was Gordon Ramsay Inspired Roast Chicken, Mashed Potato with Saute' Sausage, Cranberry Sauce, Yorkshire Pudding and Brown Sauce.

So first thing first you must prep the chicken.

What you need:
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Thyme
Garlic
1 lemon
3 spoonful of butter
1 carrot
salt and pepper
1 medium bombay onion
1 medium red onion

1- In a bowl mix butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and half of the lemon juice and their lemon zest. Don't take the pit (the white part) but just the zest. This is to give it a zing to the chicken. After mixing all of these together put it aside.

2. Clean the chicken. Cut the top of the garlics and put it inside the pan with the chicken. You also can add a cob of corn if you want.

3. Wear you disposable gloves. Now its time for you to smoldered the butter mixture into the chicken skin. You can refer here how to do it. If there is any leftover of the butter mixture then smoldered it on the chicken. Now cut the onions and put it inside the chicken.

4. Put it into the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees celsius. Afterwards, take it out of the oven and turn the chicken over. Take out the onions. At 190 degrees celsius roast it for another 1 and half hour.

The second recipe is the brown sauce.

I used mccormick Turkey Gravy mix and the onions that I had taken out from the chicken earlier. I'm sorry that I had forgotten to snap a picture of the brown sauce but the steps are simple.

Diced the onions and preheat the pot on the stove adding some olive oil in it. Saute' the onions. Add the gravy mix on a low heat and gradually adding water. Stir until the onions are soft.

Next is the mashed potato.

You will need:
6 Potatoes
300ml of Milk
1 and 1/2 cup of Cheese
A dollop of mayonnaise

1- Boil the potatoes. I think it was for two hours or less but yes, boiling potatoes takes a very long time.
2- Drain the water.
3- Mashed it using a masher.
4- Add milk.
5- Add cheese and mayo. Stir and serve. :)

The the Mashed Potato topping that is the Saute' Sausage.

What you need :
1 carrot
half of medium sized bombay onion
2 Ayamas English Breakfast Sausages
3 Ramly Beef Sausages
Salt
Pepper

1. Saute' the onions with a knob of butter. Then add the carrots. Stir until the carrot is half cook.
2. Add the Sausages, salt and pepper. Stir.
3. When everything is fully cooked, served.

Now for my Yorkshire Pudding recipe is from Jamie Oliver. You can check out his video here :)

For my cranberry sauce as you can see in the picture, I served it inside that small crystal bowl. :) Well atleast you had a glimpse of it. hehe

Well I do not know where to find fresh cranberries here but because I already had some dried cranberries so I decided to use that instead. :)

So here's what you need:
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup of no sugar added pomegranate juice (I used dimes)
2 pinch of sugar. (Just to balanced out the sour taste of the juice and the cranberry)

1- Insert the dried cranberries in a pot.
2- Adding in sugar and stir.
3- Add in the juice and constantly stirring. You don't want the sugar to burned but just caramalised.
4- Once the gravy/sauce started to thicken or the cranberries are soft turn off the heat and serve.

Basicly, I think your dinner is done. Enjoy the recipe xoxo, Leka Leqa. :)

You want Kimchi Jigae but without the Kimchi?

So recently I wanted so badly to have kimchi jigae at home but then I ran out of kimchi and I need a month's savings to buy my favourite brand of kimchi here in Malaysia. (trust me its expensive!) So I tried to figured out an alternative :) Turns out I can have spicy stew instead of kimchi jigae huh? Well I still miss my kimchi. Anyways to those who can't eat kimchi like my brother and my mother. Especially my brother. He loathes kimchi. Seriously. -__-

I'm sorry for putting my heart out above. So why don't we start off with the recipe? Shall we? :)

2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 teaspoons of white pepper
a pinch of salt

additional ingredients :
2-3 birds eye chili (crushed)

Budget Recipe with a Gourmet Touch :)

Good day! So today I discovered that I had a pack of cranberries in m fridge and I remembered this one particular sandwich in Starbucks that put cranberries and chicken together. It was amazing! A boostful flavour but this time I'll show you how to make more boostful sandwich.

Serving : 1 person
What you need :
- 1 Ramly Beef sausage (This is the best beef sausage you can get in Malaysia which is halal certified)
- 1-2 spoonful of dried cranberries
- thousand island sauce
- 1 slice of gardenia bread

additional flavours :
- a dash of cheese sauce
- a dash of barbeque sauce

So first things first, start with air frying the beef sausage. Well if you're not on a tight budget a beef salami goes well with this sandwich. Plus, if you don't have an air frying you can simply boiled it or grilled the sausage. It totally up to you. :)

Then, one you air fried it, gently slice the sausage thinly while it is still hot. Well of course using a sharp knife and a fork. :)

Then assemble your sandwich. A dash of thousand island, a dash of cheese sauce and a dash of barbeque sauce line vertically on the bread. Then put the dried cranberries on top of the sauces.

Next, a drop of thousand island on the other part of the bread. (This is to hold together the slices of beef sausage.) Assemble your beef sausage and walla! Wrap it up together and eat it like a boss!

Oh it is so amazing that you can't believe you just mixed cranberries with beef and thousand island! Happy eating and toodles! :D

p/s: I know its been a while but I'm currently at my studying second semester so its been a very rough one. :)

Mee Goreng Basah Penuh Kick aka Fried Wet Mee with a kick!

Adik-adik kakak-kakak , you alls I have a great news! If it happens that you're a spicy food lover then this is a must try recipe!

How did I came up with this recipe? Well mom made tom yam a few days ago and there's like a plenty amount of mee and kuey teow left haha. Then I felt like eating mee basah for break fast so I Youtubed it on Try Masak's channel.

Then when I looked into my fridge there's a lot of sambal belacan left because dad recently went back to Kota Bharu and bought Kelantanese sambal belacan that is normally served with Kelantanese Nasi Berlauk. If you're Kelantanese living in Kota Bharu then you can get this sambal belacan at Sweet Q Restaurant around Jalan Bayam. :)

Okay so let's get started with the recipe :)

What you need:

Chopped ingredients:

half of a big red onion
1 bird's eye green chilli
1 bird's eye red chilli
1 cup cabbage
1 red chilli
half of tomato
1 and half cup of chicken breast
salad (baby romaine)
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion (green onion)

Other ingredients:
4 tablespoon of sambal belacan
a teaspoon of sugar
a teaspoon of salt
Sweet Soy Sauce Cap Kipas Udang
ABC Soy Sauce
2-3 cups of water
a packet of mee

Methods:
1- set aside the bird's eye chillies, garlic, onions in one bowl. The chicken and cabbage in one bowl. Tomato and salad in one bowl.

2- In a wok, heat up a tablespoon of oil. Saute the chillies, garlic and onion. Add in the sambal belacan. Stir. Then add in the chicken and a cup of water. Stir.

3- When its bubbling up, add in the sweet soy sauce and the ABC sauce. Stir. Then add in the mee. Mix it until its well combined.

4- Add in the cabbage. Stir. Then add in half cup of water. Stir it and add it tomato and the salad.

5- Lastly add in sugar and salt. You can add a little bit of pepper but that will ruin the taste of the sambal.

Note: Don't cut the chicken too big. Its okay to be too small but you won't taste the chicken afterwards. Cut it as big as your thumb. Diced it. Remember that you want to make it wet not dry mee. So can add as much as water as possible but not to ruin the taste of the mee. Just nice or until it thickens. As long as there's a bit of gravy. Adding squid will be scrumptious to this meal! Marvelous!

Taadaaa! Here's the result :) Amacam ? ;) winks*

Tom Yam Kimchi Jigae

This is for all those Korean lovers here! Well I'm not a Korean lover or a Kpop fan but I am a fan of their FOOD! Weyo? Because I am a FOOD LOVER! Plus! Korean food is so healthy. I love kimchi. Well Leka Leqa please stop with your nonsense ramblings and get started with the recipe okay? Araso! Let's get started.

What you need:
kimchi (I love horseradish so I used them instead of cabbage)
tom yam paste
1 egg
chicken
tomato
noodles (I used angle hair pasta but you can use any noodles you want)

Did I missed anything? Oh yeah salt and pepper as usual and if you like it spicy add some bird's eye red chilli. Just two of them. I guess that's all? Hmm I can't seem to remember. I'm sorry. Haha.

Method:
1- First things first boil the chicken with kimchi and some kimchi juice.

2- Add in tom yam paste. Stir to boil.

3- Add the tomato, the egg, salt and pepper to taste. That's all. :)

4- don't forget to boil your noodles. If you're lazy enough and you like your noodles soggy feel free to add in the noodles into the boiling broth. That's all :)

Kamsamida :) Toodles!

Fruit Salad Popsicles :)

I feel kinda cheeky today and a tiny bit of a feeling that I just can't sit down and I wanna be in the kitchen. Chopping food and cooking something on the stove and whatsoever. I mean the list goes on. Well actually its been a while since I watched this video and I really do want to make on of it but then I'm too lazy to search for grape water and I don't even know what that is. Pardon me for being super unproductive. I have a lot of unproductive days you know. Well here's the video. Make sure to watch the video before you continue to the recipe if you're that nerdy kinda person who'd person to go one by one or step by step process. Nahh I'm just kidding. I just said the video inspired my recipe I didn't mention it would be the same did I? HAHA

Okay so let's get started . I won't list down the ingredients nor write the recipe why? Because we are going to do in picture. Oh yeah! :)

What you need is chopped watermelons, kiwi, sweet plum and lychee. Then you need lemon juice. Here's the trick, just grab any lemon and squeeze it. Remember to de-seed it. Then add sugar and hot water. Walla! You got yourself a lemon juice or lemonade whatever it is its lemon and water. By the way, you can use any fruit you can. I like sour so I mostly used sour ingredients :D

Pick the watermelon

insert in the popsicle mould

then the lychee

put it inside the popsicle mould

pick the plum

put it in the popsicle mould

then lastly pour in the lemon juice
(Gosh my mouth just waters looking at these pictures!)

You wanna repeat these steps until you get to the last pocket. The last mould I mean. When your fruits are lessen you'll notice that there are water in the bowl. That is from those fruits that you chopped. Natural juice. So what you want to do is insert those fruits in the mould just like you did before.

then you wanna pour the excess fruit juice into the last mould.

Everything will look like these. The blue one is the one with the fruit juice.
The rest is lemon juice.

This is the lemon juice side. Isn't it mouth watering? OMG!
Then pop it in the freezer for at least two hours or until it rock solid. :)
Enjoy!

Cheese Baked Rice

Kalau time Ramadhan macam ni mesti havoc gila kan? Mesti banyak benda yang tak sempat nak buat. Betul tak? So kadang-kadang kalau duk sorang tu bab nak masak ada dua pilihan je, beli kat luar or masak maggie. Paling-paling pun makanan frozen yang mak kasi dua minggu lepas and panaskan dalam microwave. Betul tak? Hehe kalau betul meh sini meh saya nak ajar korang cara masak benda yang paling simple yet amazing :)

Today's Ramadhan Recipe is Cheese Baked Rice!

What you need is:
Cooked rice
A teaspoon of butter
Flour
Milk
Rosemary (not necessary)
Salt
Black pepper & white pepper
red onion
kraft singles cheese
(you can add chicken if you want but because I want to make this quick and easy I didn't put chicken)

Steps:

1- Melt the butter in a sauce pan.

2- Add in the flour and mix until its crumbly.

3- When the butter is all crumbled up with the flour, add in milk. Mix it slowly on low heat. Mix it until it turn into a thick sauce.

4- Add in the rice. Stir it gently. You don't want the rice to turn into porridge. No.

5- Add in black pepper, white pepper, salt and rosemary until it suits your taste buds. Don't make it too salty.

6- Lastly add in the diced onion. Remember, you want to diced them as small as you can.

7- Stir it a few times and turn off the heat.

8- Take a cupcake cup or you can use a casserole bowl its up to you as long as it can withstand the heat. I used hokkaido cakes cups because its square :) .

9- Put in the rice mixture in those cups then line it with cheese. Repeat the steps until all the rice is finish. For example, I put the rice then the cheese then the rice again and lastly the cheese. You want the rice to be cheesy so do not put too much rice in between the cheese.

10- Bake it for 10-15 minutes in an oven over 180 degrees celsius. I used those small oven that normally people use to toast a bread.

Have fun and enjoy! :D

Caramel Banana Cupcake

I don't what happened to me today that I feel that I really deeply madly wanted to eat Banana and Caramel cupcake. I can't say its muffin because it doesn't rise as high as a muffin does and its not as big as a muffin. How sad it that? But it doesn't matter as long as the recipe is good. Sadly you can't simply grab any weird creations of yours at any local stores. You gotta bake it. So with all of my efforts today ( I don't care even if I sweat a lot, hello its freaking hot here in Malaysia) I baked a Caramel Banana Cupcake.

Let's get started :D

What you need is :
250g of butter (I recommend using buttercup if you're Malaysian, why because its freakin' fluffy that's why!)
5 eggs
200g of sugar (not confectioners sugar or any dumb sugar just sugar-p/s its castor sugar btw)
210g self raising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a drop of yellow colouring (well I used around a teaspoon that's about 5 drops. HAHA)

1- First things first you must beat the sugar and the butter until its very light and fluffy. Don't tell me you don't have a mixer because I used a freakin' whisk I tell you. HAHA Seriously all you need is love in cooking it. :)

2- Then beat in the eggs one by one. Mix it until well combined.

3- Sieve the flour if you're that hardworking kinda person but I just don't care. Put in the flour slowly while mixing it through. Add in the yellow colouring and vanilla extract. When its well combined, set it aside.

4- Preheat the oven at the maximum temperature for 10 minutes.

5- Now melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan. Add in the half cup of condensed milk (susu pekat) . Mix it well. Then add in half cup of  brown sugar. Stir it until well combined and pour it into the cupcake batter.

6- Sliced the banana and line it in the cupcake sheets. Pour in the batter using an ice cream scoop. Then place another layer of sliced banana.

7- Bake it for 15-20 minutes under 180 degrees celsius.

8- You're done :D

Line those bananas like these

Yorkshire Pudding

So recently I watched Jamie Oliver's Yorkshire Pudding recipe video on his FoodTube at Youtube. That doesn't sound right does it? Obviously I didn't go to Youtube headquarter just to watch the video. Nahh I just watch it on the website :) Just the good old www.youtube.com

Okay to start it of with the recipe you will need :
2 eggs
half cup of milk
half cup of flour

Well in his video he uses much more amount of eggs, milk and flour but because I know that I'm going to eat this on my own because not everyone likes to eat it and only I love to try and cook new recipes so yeah I gotta learn to lessen the amount of raw ingredients I will use.

So first things first,

whisk the eggs. Beat it until light and fluffy.

Then,

add in the milk and beat again.

Lastly,

                  Add in the flour.

Preheat the oven at 250 degree celsius for about 10 minutes. Fill the cupcake tin with sunflower oil (any oil can do). Insert the cupcake tin with the oil and heat it for 10 minutes at 250 degrees celsius.

Once you've heated the oil, fill in the batter. Be careful. The cupcake tin is hot and the oil is hot too. The oil will splatter as you pour the batter. So be careful.

Once you filled the batter in all of the tins, bake it for 25 minutes :) I ate it with raspberry jam. Yum! Tasted just like akok. :)

BTW, remember to place the batter in a jug before you fill it in your tins. This recipe yield 6 yorkshire puddings. :)

Fried Popiah

Salam Ramadhan Mubarak everyone! I am so happy to share with all of you this recipe :D Well the reason why I came up with this recipe is because my mother told me that she's sending me to my grandmother's house for a day. What I love to do at her house is cooking! Obviously. HAHA.

Then I remembered back then when we were young (my sisters and I) my mother used to fry those scrumptious popiah that she bought from my grandmother's friend. My grandmother's friend made the best popiah ever. Until now I couldn't beat that. Plus, I remembered how my grandmother loved to eat popiah so I decided to make them instead.

Actually I wanted to learn how to make popiah skin using scratch but I'm afraid that I might failed just like the one I did when I tried to make murtabak skins. So I used instant ones instead.

So what you need is:
tofu
carrots (Sliced thinly)
celery (sliced thinly)
cabbage (chopped finely)
Red onion
prawn's flesh
white pepper
salt
instant popiah skin

1) Saute the red onion and prawns until well cooked. Add in salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2) Boiled the sliced carrots, cabbage and celery separately with a pinch of salt. When its cook/soft set it aside.

3) Deep fried the tofu until its golden brown and sliced it thinly.

4) Now assemble all the ingredients in one plate or different bowls in order so you could easily place all the ingredients on the popiah skin.

5) Place the popiah skin on a wet surface so it will stick on the board/plate and it will be very convenient for you to place all the ingredients starting from the tofu, carrots, cabbage, celery and lastly the prawn mix. Then wrap the popiah nicely and secure it using a beaten egg.

6) Heat the oil for 10-15 minutes and fry the popiah until golden brown.

7) Serve it with chilli sauce.

Mine is a bit soggy I'm sorry for that.
I'm sorry for delaying this post. I was supposed to update this post a few days ago but my friend was texting me and sooner after that I totally forgot to update because I was updating Diary Qina on Wattpad. I'm sorry. Bianhe.

BTW don't forget to put the popiah skin out of the freezer a few hours before using it because when its frozen, it's very fragile. Unless if you didn't put it in the freezer and put in the fridge instead then it will be okay. Just to make sure its at room temperature. :)

Have fun! Toodles!

Vietnamese Spring Roll

Hello ladies! (and gentlemen)

Today's Ramadhan's Recipe is (as you can see above) *drumrolls* VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLLS!

The main ingredient is :

I bought this at Giant for RM2.90

Then for the fillings I used :
sliced carrots
sliced cucumber
sliced black pepper ayamas chicken sausage
shredded chicken
black pepper prawns
rocket salad (don't put this. Its bitter)
lettuce
sliced celery

What you need to do is dip the rice paper into a warm water and place it on your plate. Then you are going to assemble your chopped ingredients nicely (biar padat) and roll it. Don't worry, the rice paper is sticky so it will stick.

Dip it in a sauce and eat it. Its super delicious.

Here's a link where I've posted about z kicking sauce :

Here's a youtube video whom inspired me to make spring rolls :
Eat Now Cry Later
Popsugar

BTW, there's no cooking involve so if you're a college student then you definitely should try! :D

These are amazing! Especially the sauce. I didn't expect
it to turn that "kick" but it surprised me
(well you'll be surprised when you cook while fasting)
hehe

Vietnam Inspired Dipping Sauce

Okay not so recently, I bought a vietnamese spring roll skin. The instant ones because I thought of making them but time won't allow it. So today, alhamdulillah, I finally had the chance to do it.

last night, I searched for videos making them and their dipping sauce. One of them caught my eye because she uses coconut soda but I don't have em here. So I thought of making my own recipe. :) The Video

Ingredients:
4 cayenne peppers
2 red bird's eye chilli
6 cloves of garlic
2 cloves of red onion
4 tablespoon of water (you could also use coconut water. I wanted to use coconut water but I don't have it at the moment)
2 tablespoon of fish sauce
4-5 tablespoon of honey
a dash of lime/lemon (its totally up to you)

1) In a food processor, blend the cayenne peppers, bird's eye chilli, garlic, red onion, and 4 tablespoon of water. Blend it well.

2) In a bowl, pour the honey, fish sauce and the blended items. Lastly add a dash of lime juice.

3) That's all. Its super easy and delicious! :D Sweet, tangy and spicy.

4) You can eat it with vietnamese spring rolls, popiah or even the cucur ikan bilis !

If you're a college student and you don't have a blender then you could also chopped it finely :)

Goodluck! Toodles!

Cucur Ikan Bilis (Anchovies Fritters)

It has been such an amazing Ramadhan for me. I have plenty of time to experiment with different types of recipes and flavours. It is so peaceful too. I'm super excited for this year Syawal's and Ramadhan but I don't know why.

Anyhow, lets get started with the recipe shall we? :)

Yields : 2-4 people

Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice
2 cups of flour
1 and half cup of water
2 cayenne pepper
3 shallots of red onion
1 cup of anchovies (you could put more if you want)
white pepper
black pepper
salt
Oil to for frying

Step 1 :  insert 3 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of anchovies and 1 and half cup of water into a food processor. Blend until the rice is thoroughly combined.

Step 2 :  insert 2 cups of flour, 2 cayenne pepper, 3 shallots of red onion, white pepper, black pepper and salt. Blend it until it turned into a paste-y texture. You want the batter to be thick so it would be easy to scoop and fry later.

Step 3 :  Heat the oil. When the oil is hot, scoop out the batter using two teaspoons into the hot oil. Fry it until its golden brown. That's so simple :) Serve it with chilli sauce or any dipping sauce you prefer. :)

This is the remaining cucur ikan bilis left. I didn't had the chance to
snap a photo of it since everyone likes it so much.
well we had it during break fast ;)

Triple layered milo popsicle

Assalamualaikum ladies, well there's no fancy Assalamualaikum here because I'm writing this post straight using my phone and apparently I don't have z fancy ones is not available on my phone :) HAHA

Well-well, whatever it is (note that I'm writing this in British accent voice) let's get started with this amazing yet simple recipe! With hugs and kisses of course❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Cook with love guys! ❤️

Okay so the ingredients are:
Milo powder
Sugar
Hot water
Milk (whatever you prefer, I used full cream)
Popsicle moulds

Okay so we gonna start it off by mixing the milo powder, sugar and hot water in a measuring cup (so it would be easy for you to pour into the moulds)

Then you are gonna pour it into the moulds. Freeze it for five minutes.

After 5 minutes, take off the top and pour the milk in.

Freeze it for 2 hours plus. Normally I would freeze it for half a day. For example, I made it in the morning and eat it at night. Well you could do it your way. Perhaps freezing it for 4 hours straight? HAHA

Anyway its fun. So here's the result :)

Drop a comment down below if you like it :) Have fun this summer and Salam Ramadhan ❤️

Sweet and Sour Popsicles

I'm super excited about this post. Lately I bought a popsicle mould at Daiso. Its about RM5 that is about 2 Dollars I guess. So I had been experimenting with flavours that is of course from juices and fruits. Yesterday I made pink guava juice pineapple fruit chunks and pink guava juice with lychee jelly and a bit of nata dee coco. It was okay. But then I'm more into a sour person. I mean I LOVE to eat sour food.

So today I made lemon and coconut juice with pineapple fruit chunks. I tasted so amazing that I think I should blog about it. I mean, how amazing is a homemade popsicles.

So what you need is :
a lemon
a tablespoon of pineapple (ripe ones not those canned ones, makes sure its really sour)
3 tablespoons of  coconut juice (I used Tropicana coconut juice)

First insert the pineapple fruit. Then pour in your coconut juice and your lemon juice. Freeze it for about 4 hours and its ready to eat. Remember to rinse the mould under tap water so you could easily remove the popsicle . :)

You could also freeze the coconut juice for about 5 minutes then pour the lemon juice. So it won't mixed up. Its up to you. :)

If you don't have a popsicle mould, its okay. Just cut a mineral water bottle into half. Poke the bottle top and insert either skewers or popsicle sticks. DIY is a matter of being creative. :)

Look at that yummylicious popsicle!

Drenched those summer heat away! :D

If you're one of those students who can't cook because your college or hostel won't allow you to bring a stove then this is one of those recipes you shouldn't miss to make! :D

I think I'll update more about popsicles recipe because I'm super excited about the mould even though it only yields four popsicles but its okay. :)

The Most Easiest Breakfast yet Amazing!

Its probably a little to late for breakfast now but it would totally be worth mentioning for tomorrow's breakfast or even tonight's supper. I never had this amazing yet super easy breakfast in years (since I thought scramble eggs were easy at that time). Can you ever imagine a breakfast that is easier than scramble eggs? I like to pronounce it as lazy eggs rather than scramble because you online would cook it when you are lazy waiting for you omelette to cook. Am I right? Whatever.

But when you're in college, you aren't allowed to bring a stove or whatsoever cooking utensils along. If you do you will be suspended or punished (at least). So you gotta be creative to think of a way how to survive on campus ground eating food that you don't have to cook yet it is simple and amazing just by mixing. Genius huh? Nahh I'm kidding.

So here goes....

What you need is:
A small carton of Dutch Lady Fresh Milk (If you're on a diet I'd recommend you to use skim milk)
A box of mini oreo's
A spoon.

So just pour out the milk inside the box and start eating it as a cereal. That so easy and super delicious!

If you're wondering where you could purchase a box of mini oreo's in Malaysia, well I bought it a Mesra (Petronas's shop) for about RM 4.50 that is around 2 US Dollars I guess. If you're also wondering which Mesra shop, its the one in Kota Damansara. I don't know about other Mesra's but you could find one there next to KFC.

Z milk

This is how the box looks. Well its not actually a box its a glass.
Can you tell how awesome this package creator is? :D

This is how it looks inside. :)

You should try need. You won't regret :) I promise.
