Pesto Pasta


Ingredients:
Blend:
 1 stalk of Spinach
1 stalk of Parley
1 stalk of Peppermint
6 cloves of Garlic
1 cup Olive oil

Dice:
1 whole Tomato
1/2 out of a large Red Onion

Boil:
1 bag of Fettuccine pasta

Additional Ingredient:
1 cup pasta water
1 cube of chicken cube
salt and pepper


1. Blend all the ingredients and prepare the dice ingredients. 
2. Boil the pasta.
3. Take a cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta. Leave the pasta to rest.
4. Saute the red onion. Add in the paste (blended ingredients) and the pasta. Mix well.
5. Gradually add in the pasta water. Just to make the pasta moist.
6. Add in the chicken cube, salt and pepper to taste. 
7. Serve the pasta in a bowl and garnish with the diced tomatoes. Done! :)
